Wen-Tzu, Hsu is an adjunct piano professor at Missouri Western State University and also serves as the organist and pianist at the Salem Lutheran Church- Lenexa. In addition, Miss Wen-Tzu is currently teaches piano at Christ The King Catholic School in Kansas City, Kansas, and UMKC Conservatory Music Academy.

As a performer, Wen-Tzu played concerts as soloist, collaborative pianist, and chamber musician in different countries including United States, Taiwan, South Korea, and Bali. In addition, she has participated and won many competitions including Asia International Piano Academy & Festival, Hamamatsu International Piano Competition, and Concerto Competition of Tainan University of Technology.

As an enthusiastic music educator, in 2016, Wen-Tzu received both teaching and graduate assistantship from Northern Illinois University and taught both keyboard skills classes and applied piano lessons. In 2018, she received graduate teaching assistantship and taught both keyboard skill class and applied lessons at UMKC Conservatory. She is also currently a recipient of the Lorraine Watson Scholarship and Ann M. St. John Piano Scholarship.

Wen-Tzu received a Bachelor of Art degree from Tainan University of Technology in Taiwan and Master of Music degree from Northern Illinois University. She is currently a doctoral candidate (ABD) at UMKC Conservatory and studies with professor Sean Chen.
